1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if: The item was damaged during delivery, or the wrong product was delivered. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) for review.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized furniture and items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled after production starts.
